Pinaputok na Isda

Ingredients:
- 250g of your selected fish
- 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Banana leaves for wrapping
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the cleaned fish inside and out with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. In a bowl, mix together the parsley and garlic.
4. Stuff the parsley-garlic mixture inside the fish’s cavity.
5. Wrap the fish in banana leaves and tie with kitchen string.
6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or grill over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
7. Serve hot with a side of dipping sauce or your choice of vegetables.
