Garlic and shrimp, a true match made in heaven! Set your eyes and your stomach on this tasty duo that’s not for the faint of heart. Simply throw in some shrimp accompanied with garlic, all combined together with delicious butter, and you’ll be ready for a flavorful meal in 20 mins or less!
Ingredients:
- 680 grams of peeled medium shrimp
- 8 tablespoons of divided unsalted butter
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper,
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley leaves
How to make it:
Step 1: Melt 2 tbsps of butter in a pan.
Step 2: Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until pink.
Step 3: Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir frequently.
Step 4: Add chicken stock and lemon juice, then bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5: Reduce heat and let simmer. Mix in the remaining 6 tbsps of butter.
Step 6: Stir the shrimp.
Step 7: Serve with fresh parsley leaves.
